- Regular Closures: Second and fourth Mondays of every month
- Temporary Closures: National public holidays except Sundays (The library may be closed on a Sunday if it overlaps with the Lunar New Year or Chuseok holidays) and temporary holidays designated by the chief librarian.
- Personal Belongings: Cloak rooms (basement 1st floor, 1st floor. Small items of personal belongings may be brought into most of the facilities.)

every seat.

Reservation cancellation : If a user fails to login
within 30 minutes of the reservation start time,
the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
